check out the reverb topic at mektek, one of the admins addressed the issue of tying reverb to their master server list.

preliminary tests indicate that the current mw4 lobby will support mw4 mercs patched all the way up to mektek's latest and greatest. testing will continue with nbt as well.

you can turn off UAC so that shouldnt be an issue

sounds.....confusing! lol, im sure its much more simple than the text book you have published to explain it. that being said let me see if i can round up a few ppl to to test it if you think it will help.
